01Service Description
Crumble is an AI-powered UX audit tool that analyzes screen shares in real-time using Google's Gemini API. The service provides automated UX critiques and suggestions to help improve your product's user experience.
02AI-Generated Content
All UX feedback, summaries, and recommendations are generated by AI. They should be treated as suggestions, not authoritative expert advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated critiques.
03Acceptable Use
You may use Crumble for UX auditing of your own products or products you have permission to audit. Do not use the service to analyze content you do not have rights to, or for any illegal purpose.
04Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
05Free Plan Limits
Free accounts are limited to 3 audit sessions per month. This limit resets on the first of each month.

07Limitation of Liability
Crumble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated UX feedback.
08Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
