01What We Collect

We collect your email address and name through Clerk authentication when you create an account. We also store session transcripts (text entries logged during audits) and AI-generated summaries associated with your account.

02Screen Capture Data

Screen captures are sent directly to Google's Gemini API for real-time analysis. Crumble does not store, record, or retain any screen capture data. All visual processing is handled entirely by Google's infrastructure.

03Session Data

Session transcripts (text entries logged during audits) are stored in our database (Supabase). These are associated with your account and can be deleted at any time from your settings.

04AI Summaries

Generated summaries are stored alongside your session data. They can be deleted along with the associated session at any time.

05Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. We store only your Stripe customer ID for subscription management.

06Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics. This tracks feature usage events (such as sessions started and reports exported) but does not capture screen content or session transcripts.

07Data Deletion

You can delete individual sessions from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us or use the settings page.

08Third-Party Services

Crumble relies on the following third-party services: Google Gemini API (screen analysis), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error tracking).
